The house is situated in the heart of the old village a hundred paces or so from the main square in the historic centre of the town within a short walk of all shops and restaurants.  One of the older houses in the town, the bottom two floors are said to be more than eight hundred years old.  The interior has been renovated several times.

Fully furnished with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house can sleep eight.  Amenities include modern washing machine and dryer.

The rooftop terrace offers comfort winter and summer.   The covered portion can be opened in summer to take advantage of the breeze and closed in the winter to keep in the warmth from the fully functioning fireplace
